I have a 96 Neon that keeps blowing rubber transmission line that runs from trans to passenger side of radiator. Why would it keep doing this?

presure maybe? have you tried to clamp or zip tie the ends?
trim the ends of he hose and reclamp with new clamps, or pressure may be to high also.
you figure this out? I have one doing the same thing. Changed the rubber hose several times but after a couple days it blows it out again like something is clogged? Radiator maybe? sensor?
have also just replaced the hoses with new molded ones, they will breakdown eventually, and loosed grip
theres a check valve on the return hose to keep the transmission cooler from draining when the car isnt running. they typically tend to fail and freeze shut, when this happens it pressure increases till some thing lets go, be it a hose or the cooler. lucky for your hose is the weak link not the cooler thats integrated into the radiator.
