I was leaning more towards ignition the tack also jumps around when it is missing. What should the fuel pressure be?

35,335

minimum 35psi. The tack jumps because the rpm's are fluctuating, but check spark as well. Check the distributor shaft itself to make sure there's not too much play on it, that will cause timing issues

Fuel psi is at 55 so that seems good I took the coil off to have it checked then I can go from there unless there's something I'm missing the distributor shaft seems normal and there are no vacuum leaks that I can detect
