Question type: Maintenance & Repair

When having to stop a lot in traffic
my brakes will go to floor.

Please check them as soon as possible. That would indicate you either have a leak, low on brake fluid or air in the system. Check the fluid level first.

I agree with Gary. also, if the pedal goes to floor w/o any dash lites coming on, check the brake booster and vacuum. I don't know the model year?
