Fuel filter location

You may have two depending on who built the chassis. The main one is inside the fuel tank as part of the fuel pump assembly. If it has another one it will be located inside the frame rail on the passenger side usually about there the side entrance to the coach.
The "main" fuel filter is the one along the frame rail. The one inside the tank is the strainer. It does the same thing, only not as well since it only filters out larger particles. But G.A. is right in saying there are "technically" two. The one you're concerned with now is about where the "B" pillar is or a smidge aft. Hope this is clearer. Ed
