DavidH25 Is the diagram you sent compatible with the 20001 Dodge 318 motor ? It really looks like a tire pressure valve?

It's called a Schraider valve and it is the exact same thing found on tires to hold air. Press the center and air will bleed out of the fuel rail. Have a rag over it to catch any gas that comes squirting out.
