1997 Dodge Ram 1500 5.2 won't start. I put a new fuel pump, and a engine computer, a pick up coil, distributor cap, rotory, wires, and coil, and it still won't start what could be wrong?

get a NEW battery...clean the 1/0(awg) black ground cable as it attaches to the fender/frame...be sure to use a coarse wirebrush to get it down to shiny...as these 300 amp connections will turn blue and 'weld' themselves creating corrosion~...get a new battery...make friends with your coarse wirebrush....happy motoring~
I am getting power to the coil and ground to the coil but no spark out of the coil.

This one has a distributor....look at the distributor for a missing little springy button in the center of the distributor cap~
thank you thank you thank you very much, it was the ground to the engine. After $500.00 and 3 garages you're the only one that could fix it, thank you thank you thank you
