Does ANYONE know if the fold out floor in the back seat of the RAM 1500 Ecodiesel is available for my RAM 1500 Express?

In the RAM 1500 Ecodiesel, the back seats fold up and there is a level platform the folds
out making a floor in the back. No one at Dodge knows what I'm talking about, but it's not
bigfoot. I want to buy this for my 2014 RAM Express. Suggestions?

I believe it is called the "Fold Flat Load Floor". Dodge has had them available for years.
