Is hearing splashing underneath my vehicle normal? We purchased 2015 Dodge Ram 1500

Every time we brake or backup all you hear is splashing back and forth and I
took it to the Dodge place and they are saying it's normal, but I just don't see
how. We have another 1997 Dodge Ram 2500 and have never heard that.

If it can be heard fairly loudly in the passenger compartment take a look at the A/C evaporator drain to see it it is draining properly. Could be fuel sloshing around in the fuel tank. Fill the fuel tank full to see if the noise goes away. A full tank won't slosh very much.
