Radio shuts off after startup

I have a 2015 Dodge Ram. Had it for about 3 weeks
now and today is the 2nd time this has happened.
When you turn the key to accessories the radio
comes on and music through the speakers. Then
when you crank it the radio turns off and no music.
Pushing the buttons does nothing to try and turn it
back on. Any ideas?

My 2016 was rebooting over and over again then got froze on a phone call. Waiting for a replacement radio from the dealer!
