Break lights not working when headlights are on

New to The site. First question. I just bought a
2002 dodge ram 1500 4x4 5.9. Had it for abiut a
week. Just found out last night the break lights
dont work when the headlights are turned on. Also
the Cyclops break light come on when the
headlights are turned on. Also lol I'm getting  lamp
out warning light but checked them all then
replaced them. The bed to cab ground is good.
Don't see any other ones but nit sure where to look.
Amy ideas will be helpful.

Probably a short somewhear in the electrical system. Have your dealer run a fault check
