Frame Damage Listed

What are the details in reporting frame damage? On a
2014 truck I'm looking at lists frame damage. The car
fax shows two accidents, but nothing states frame
damage. Where does car gurus pick up that in the
listing? The dealership is saying they don't list frame
being damaged. Is this a safe truck to buy?

Cargurus pulls information from vehicle history reports, chances are that the dealer is lying.
