what do I need to replace engine wiring harness on 2003 ram 1500 5.7 Hemi

You need a replacement harness, obviously. If you buy one new from the factory it should be good to go, but if you source a used one, be sure to compare them side-by-side, you might find minor variations. I'd find one that is an identical replacement, and not one that's "close," since this harness plugs into the PCM. Same year, same model, same powertrain. Most of the other sundries you might need can be sourced from any local auto parts store, such as plastic tie-downs, plastic rivets, etc., which tend to break when being removed.
