Antifreeze leaking

I have a 2013 Dodge Ram 1500. It sounds, and
looks like the fan is loose or something. And now
antifreeze is leaking bad from the area where the
belt is at. Can anyone tell me what they think is
wrong? Thank u!

The wheel that the fan is connected to is wobbly, and noisy. It looks like the fluid is coming from where the wheel that the fan is connected to goes into engine??
