2012 dodge 1500 ram a/c is
making clicking noise and
blowing hot air

Our 2012 1500 ram had the baffle stuck. Bang on the air stuff under the glovebox if you are a hick like us or try to take it apart like a civilized person. Ours was stuck and would only blow hot air, same as you, but i have also heard of the flipper thing breaking off inside of it. Most likely tue baffle is stuck. I dont know exact terminology its the thing that switches air source.
