3500 87000 miles bad milage bogs a few times every 500miles

it could be a turbo charger issue, your truck is outfitted with a Variable Geometry Turbo, which means theirs no waste gate or any thing. the vanes on these turbos get built up with carbon and stop functioning. do you have the bogging issue off the line or just going 60-70?

its not trowing any cods it wont let the dealer do any test the dealer said my partickulit filter is showing not cloged and the turbo test they say cant be done because it not showing a problem i wanted them to do a maual reget test but they said it wont let them do it this truck lost power in the last 3000 mile about 8to 10 times

heres the question, does it blow alot of black smoke? if not then the problem isnt an air issue, its a fuel issue, whens the last time you changed the fuel filter?
