Throttle position sensor circuit high voltage

I have a 2003 dodge ram 3500 with a 5.7
hemi and I recently put a new throttle body
on it because it was throwing several codes
indicating that it needed replaced after
installing it and clearing all the codes I
couldn't clear p0123 code throttle position
sensor high voltage and I'm not sure what it
is unless it's in the wiring harness itself then
I don't know what's the voltage supposed to
be. And I'm not sure what I should put the
multimeter on to check the continuity. Any
suggestions would be appreciated because
