no spark anywhere, 2002 ram van 5.2L. Replaced PCM, crank sensor, cam sensor, ASD relay, coil, battery and fuel pump. Have power and ground to PCM, obd reader says "no codes" . Still no spark at distributor, coil, crank sensor or any where I test other than the PCM. Whats up here?

If timing belt/chain has broken or is so far out of time, it will cause a no spark condition. Do a compression test. No compression means you have a broken timing belt or chain.
I have compression and I have power to the fuel pump ( get fuel to the injectors, not sure if it is pumping into the cylinders but when I crank it over there is a very strong smell of fuel)) windows, gauges, radio, tv, heater.etc all are working. I am really stumped by this.
Not sure if you've seen this link. But if you follow it, it may lead you to the faulty part..................................................................................... http://www.justanswer.com/dodge/17sb7-hi-2002-dodge-ram-1500-5-2l- van-engine-turns.html
I better go to Dodge forums where you can have multiple answer and don't have to pay or get rob for the information you never receive. Are you getting the No Bus code in the Odometer?
Do you change the Camshaft sensor or magnetic pickup in the distributor?
If your Magnetic pickup is going bad the ASD relay don't work and the engine never start, even if is cranking very well.
