How do you reset a c or climate control

Question type: General

Everything that I've read on how
to reset  my AC or climate control
says to push down defrost and air
circulation at the same
time.defrost above my air
circulation button will not push
down at the same time as the
circulation and it doesn't say
anything about holding down the
passenger defrost and air
circulation. Any feedback would
be great.

Can't edit my question but my car is an E320

Hold down auto and the recycling air button and ac button
