They key is stuck in the ignition.
What ever it is finally wont let the
car turn over or stall, and finally
drained the battery.

I'm not an expert but to me it sounds like you have a short in the wires ruining from the dash. With the ignition if you have not already tried this make sure your car is all the way in park. Is your stearing wheel locked?
