Either there is something wrong with the starter or the ignition switch contacts are making a connection. Try pulling back on the key just a bit, not so much as to turn the engine off.
well the win module has a recall but it has been replaced like a 2 year ago you think that the problem returned
Probably, I don't know how that works for repair on a recall tho.
