They both look the same, they have the same stuff. I would say that they are both equal, It is just which one is the better deal. The 05 I drove was a great ride, But they are costly to repair/maintain (dealer rates are high). Best of luck.

Agreed, I would say whichever one you get the best deal on is the winner.
