My roof Windows and mirrors will not work

If you check in your fusebox, there should be a power windows fuse/relay as well as a sunroof fuse/relay. If that isn't your solution it may be deeper, such as a wiring problem or short.
If this happened all of a sudden, like iwash420 said, it very well could be a fuse issue. If it is and you replace or reset the fuse and it happens again, there is a short in the wiring somewhere or a window motor may be bad and shorting out. Most replacement window motors have been suspect at best. I tried to replace one on my 69 Corvette and went through 7 (seven) motors until one worked was found. Since the old motors are not made now, the old one are reconditioned. What was wrong is fixed, but other parts can fail quickly. So be prepared for frustration. Depending on the age of your CLK, and the conditions it has faced in it's life, a bad connection or failed wire may be what is the issue if the fuses are not the problem.
