Fuel pump will not feed how come ?

Changed fuel pump . Put all new put it back
together  cannot hear pump coming on ?
Checked fuel fuse . Checked filter . Made
sure it was plugged in

TRY TO BLOW OUT THE GAS LINE. MAY HAVE DIRT IN THE LINE. CHANGE THE GAS FILTER.
