TRUCK SHAKES WHEN TURNING. ALSO HARD TO TURN STEERING WHEEL

JUST STARTED LAST WEEK WHILE BACKING INTO SPOT. WHILE TURNING STEERING
WHEEL ITS TIGHT AND WHEELS SHAKE CRAZY. POWERSTEERING FLUID IS FULL.
WHATS GOING ON?

is your truck 4x4, if so, one of the front cv axles is most likely the cause, if it is just 2wd, you need to have all the ball joints, tie rod ends, pitman arm, and idler arm all checked for wear and also grease all those parts, also check the front wheel bearings for play

Power steering pump going out , when going slow it’s harder to turn the wheels on the pump.
