engine swap between 90 and 91 chevy c1500

i have a '90 chevy c1500 short wheel base and my uncle has a '91 c1500 extended cab both have same engine. is there any difference in the computer? we are gonna swap trucks but want to keep our engines bc his is a newer crate engine and mine is the original. both are tbi and have same mounts. is there anything i should look out for or need to modify?

I belive they are the same, the only difference is if one is 4x4 and one isnt for oil pan and filter, or stick vs automatic for the computer.
