2005 chevy Silverado 1500 shuting off when coming to a stop

Question type: General

My truck will run fine but sometimes when come to
a stop it dies or trys to. Checked alternator battery
and all the grounds. Thought had the problem
resolved  but itdid it again about 2 weeks later.

Check youre tranny fluid. i had a 1995 Ford F-150, ran it pretty low on tranny fluid and every time i put it in reverse it would stall. perhaps when youre comming to a stop, the transmition isn't letting go and it kills youre motor. Never hurts to check.
