can i charge flat battery with tricle charger using cigarette point

is there a problem opening the hood to get to the battery? Tennisshoes is right about the amperage and polarity...a 15 amp fuse (quite large) because some people like to run camping appliances off of this socket~ Flat---you mean like soda with no fizz left in it?....figure out what drained it dead...because your newly charged one will see the same problem~

thinking that your battery is OLD and with the COLD cannot put the cold- cranking-amps out anymore....so get a new battery would be my recommendation~
