engine noise coming from the motor on 2011 Hyundai Sonata 2.4L. Is it the rod bearing?

Engine noise coming from the engine on 2011 Hyundai Sonata 2.4L. Im pretty
sure its the rod bearings but want another opinion.

Rod bearing is the most likely choice, also lifters but it may seem you will need to rebuild the top end of the engine...

Really no other option then to replace. Rod bearings can be replaced with out removing engine from vehicle just oil pan needs to come off.
