General info needed?

Asked by Andrew Mar 06, 2020 at 04:25 PM about the Honda Civic Coupe

Question type: General

Why can't I get a CarFax report with the VIN number? Do you purposely
change that so I have to get a bowdlerized & more positive report from you for
more money in your till??

Cargurus is a listing ad site. They do no post ads or add content to them. So if a Carfax is not available, the dealer or private seller didn't post one. You will need to message the seller on the vehicle page to find out if they can supply one for you. Like you, a Carfax is important to me. If a seller doesn't post one, I know that the car has some issues they are try to hide. If you really want the vehicle, you can go to Carfax yourself and pay for the report.
