2009 Camry XLE

Tonight while driving home on the highway, my navigation system provided wrong
directions,  all of the warning icons lite up. The VSC warning came on.  The backlight on
the dashboard, navigation map, the radio stopped, the speedometer indicator stopped
moving and stayed on zero.  I barey made it home when my taillights went dark and the
engine died, fortunatly at home.  Now what?
