Doesn't work. It's for dealers and sellers. Car Gurus has a disclaimer about this site that says they're not responsible for any of this. I think that includes not communicating with us, I've been trying for an hour, I'm thinking of just sayin fuck it and throw in the towel.
I know this isn't the place for a question but like many others , I can't contact anyone at CarGurus! This site is a Joke. Apparently they’re not even aware that Toyota Forerunners, one of the most popular SUVs in America, exist. e.g. - Nov 15th 2019 article about how nearly all Toyota’s are built in America. They don’t even mention the Forerunner at all in the article lol. Not sure you guys should be calling yourselves “gurus” with such blatant omissions. Especially when people directly correct your errors in the comments.
Car Gurus is the biggest fraud in the auto industry now Any number they shio is meaningless They will take and support any dealer that will pay for the ad no matter how fraudulent that dealer is I dealt with a dealer then learned they have been taken to the Attorney general multiple times and I am about to take them back They change the prices the salesman walked into the finance office with than what they came out with and the dealer used the disclaimer routine that they are not responsible for what Car gurus says the price is Car gurus won't even respond
This websit--cargurus--is just awful. Prospective buyers of my corvette message me and when I respond they cant open my response. I contacted carguru assholes and they think its a big joke ane offered no help whatsoever. The only joke is their website. I went to Facebook Marketplace and placed my add---no problems and a lot of responses. FB message sysyem works!

Once the vehicle is sold, how do I get it of the CarGuru page?
Put in my vin and it is popping up as an A3 instead of an S3. Wont let me change it. Putting the "market value" way down because of it.
I had bought the car from the car guru after seeing it from the car square people and after purchasing the car, the people who made me the commitment said that they have not fulfilled any commitment but I made many calls to those people and messaged my car The tire of the car was torn, those people changed me and put the old tire on me and did not do anything from the interior of the car Clean did not do anything and after I came home to do, I made many calls to those people and did not give any reply, better than this, I would have given a car to a dealer and it would have been better to never take a car from a car guru and car Square is the worst service
