Question type: General

I accepted an offer and now the potential buyer can't meet for a test drive for
almost 2 weeks.  Can I rescind my offer acceptance?

I would send the buyer a message. Tell them first come, first serve. 2 weeks means they are shopping around more and wasting your time.

I am a little hazy on this whole subject of offers. Within 24 hours of listing my Honda at $3,600, I have three "offers" from people who have neither seen nor driven the car. I have accepted none as they all appear to be contingent. At what point does an offer and acceptance turn into a sale?
