why has CarGurus hijacking all advertising on my browser? Can it be stopped?

CarGurus has overridden my browser regardless of what website I'm on, their
ads are all over my page. Can it be stopped?

I would delete cookies and download a pop up blocker or turn on this feature in your web browser.
