It is saying I'm pre-approved, however I have tried to get my rate info and the details of my loan but every time I click on the "build the offer" it says contact the dealership. I have been pre-approved by Westlake... But I can't get any info...

Contact Westlake for more information. I suspect these "pre approvals" are mostly marketing.
