Can I add a co-signer to help with financing

I want to know what I qualify for with a co-
signer but the only option is co-burrower, but
this person would like to be removed within 6
months to a year

I have never heard of a loan where the cosigner can be removed before the loan is paid off. Ask your lender about this. Only fools cosign loans!
