how do i give a dealer review

Question type: Car Selling & Trading In

DO NOT go to Zeigler Buick GMC of Lincolnwood IL.  GO ELSE WHERE!!!  
Will never try to do business there.  I found a car online, my wife contacted
Carlos and he was friendly and sent the pictures she requested.  I called and
spoke with sales manager Rick on Monday, whom was VERY arrogant about
his inventory; however; we were able to come to an agreement.  Then
Wednesday Carlos contacted my wife to confirm the Saturday appointment.  
It wasnt until Friday when i called because the Terrain was no longer online
that i was told it was sold the day prior.

Had time take it offline but not show professional courtesy.  They care about
their pockets way more than yours. DO NOT BUY!!  They will try to suck
every penny. Pay attention to the fine print.  Rick tried to throw some weird
numbers at me.

Most dealers run their business similarly. Unless you put a deposit down to hold the car, they can legal sell it to someone else. Of course car dealers want to make max profit and add exorbitant fees. I am not saying they are right, just be mindful like you are and you will be prepared the next time you deal with a dealer. It's all about playing the game.
