In consistent posting and selling instructions

Question type: Car Selling & Trading In

The seller/post is listed as verified, yet CG Pay says "We're unable to verify
your ID" as one of four reason for "We can't help with this sale at this time". If
additional verification is required, what it is and how to input it?

Did you read/understand the question? I DON'T THINK SO. I am all for "knowing who you're dealing with". THE ISSUE IS: When I first posted I submitted pictures of my DL and the listing acknowledge it. Some how that disappeared but was never asked if I want to be verified. THIS IS THE ISSUE. Comprende? Don't think so. Very frustrating when people talk past each other because some of them do take the time to do their job with some diligence (it is called work ethics just in case you want to expand your horizon).

Unfortunately those of us who answer questions on this forum don't work for Cargurus. We're just regular people who have automotive experience and knowledge. That's why I said to email Cargurus directly about your question. Several months ago I had a problem here when my complete account was disabled. Just gone for no reason or explanation! I tried calling customer service and got no help. So I emailed them at the above address (in my first post) to get the matter resolved. I know how frustrating this kind of thing is. I'm sure someone in the office made a mistake and customer service will be able to get it straightened out for you. Jim
