2017 nissan Altima is not accelerating despite rpms at 5

My 2017 Altima 74 thousand miles is losing power
rpms up at 5 doing 50 eventually nothing pulled
over turned it off then on went fine it happened a
few weeks prior not as bad then was fine till today
Help cannot afford new transmission

Almost certainly a bad transmission. Never, ever buy a Nissan with a CVT!
