Truck makes a noise like hazard lights are on and will not start

a clicking sign is usually a sign of a weak battery. Have the battery tested and replace if below 12V or it fails the load test. Your auto parts store can test it for free. Remove it from the vehicle and take it over.

Probably a low voltage indication from your starting circuit. This indicates that you have left your battery drain below the level needed to start the car or your battery has failed. Have the battery tested and replace if needed,

Aside from the battery I would get the alternator tested to make sure its working properly
