Toyota Sienna 2008 electrical problem

Asked by Guru9ZD14Z Nov 25, 2020 at 11:05 AM

Question type: General

I have a 2008 Toyota Sienna van. I took it in
and had an oil change and detail cleaning. I
got it back and noticed the floor was
completely soaked and door tracks were
completely full of water. Next day started the
van and the power door do not work, power
back door will not work, air bag sensor turns
on and off, air conditioner is not working,
lights around drive park reverse will not light
up, over head temperature, mileage is not
working. The light are on just not giving a
number, and not the floor blow will not change
for heating to cooling and the back cabin is
only blowing cold. Any thoughts? The oil
change place has had it in the shop for a
week and they gave it back for the holiday
weekend.

First, I'd be asking them why the floorboards are soaked....second, I'd check to see if there is evidence of water in the fuse panel(s)
