I recently put down on vehicle a 2010 Ford Edge on 11/06/2020.

I recently put down on vehicle a 2010 Ford Edge on 11/06/2020. It was told
to me that due to my credit score of 362 which is incorrect, I could only be
allowed to get that vehicle. I wanted a different vehicle at the time and after
test driving the 2010 Ford Edge that of course telling the salesman Adrian
that it was driving hard and that the vechiles A/C was not working, you stated
we will look at vehicle and fix the problem with the air as well as to make
sure it was running as it should. I had to bring it in that Monday 11/09/2020. I
got the vehicle back on 11/11/2020 that evening and on 11/12/2020 while
running errands the car completely stopped on the middle of the freeway. I
let the car guide to the side. Yes you came and picked up vehicle with a tow
truck. Upon learning while you had the vehicle and fixing it the motor was
messed up and needed to be changed, something I told you was wrong the
night I took it home on 11/06/2020 and sent you pictures all the oil was gone.
I got the car back after you replaced the motor on 11/19/2020 and that night
at 11:30 Pm coming from the store once again the car completely stopped.
Once again could not drive it had to guide. I texted Adrian that night, I texted
Bill or Phill. I gave you directions to go get car. Now apparently your workers
were unable to remove car with there truck and yes you apparently was
unable to get a hold of me, I was even just a few blocks away. Anyhow this
car the 2010 Ford Edge is now in the  san Antonio Vehicle Impound
accumulating fees, and of course you are telling me that its my fault. How?
The car has broke twice since getting it. Putting all my money I saved so that
I hoped to get a good deal. On 11/13/2020 I asked you if I can not get
another vehicle can I get my money back. Now I get no response. That the
owner is upset with me. Why I did not do anything with the car. I only was
able to drive the car a total of 5 days. I have dealt with a lot of different car
dealers, one of the reason I buy cash, but I took a chance and I got screwed.
I am mad. I lost not just a car my money. With no one responding to me. I
would like my money back. That’s what I am asking for. I am sending this
email as notification and I have as well the communication about asking for
something different or my money back. What yall have done has to be illegal
some how. I have not even had the car a total of 10 days. Somewhere, all
this and how you are handling it is wrong. I do not have money to throw
away like that and mess up my credit as well. I worked hard to get where I
am. Today its already hard. You all took advantage of someone. That
someone was me.
I have sent this information to Adrian and well maybe yall see what he was
asking for. Information on a car that’s fees are rising up. Still no one has
returned my calls.
