A bankruptcy lawyer will argue you need a vehicle to get back and forth to work to maintain gainful employment. A private seller, where you pay cash for the vehicle, or a buy here pay here Dealer are about your only two options. Hope that helps! Jim

I will disagree with my buddy Js a little bit and say stay away from Buy here, Bankrupt here dealers. They are loan sharks that will fleece you for your last dime and then take your car away if you are a day or two late on payments.
