Hi there, I have a Ford Bantam 1600 Rocam which I bought brand new in 2010.

When I start it up in the morning around 5,00 am, I hear a loud sound as I rev it
coming from the cylinder head area but goes away as soon as I drive off. Every
time that I do rev it ,say for example at a stop street or a red robot, I hear that
sound but goes away immediately when I drive off.

Check oil pressure with a manual gauge to make sure u have oil pressure, it might be a bad timing chain tentioner or chain
