cargurus allowing scams?

they seem to allow scams we have a dealership takes 14k then goes silent and then cargurus does not allow feed back and protects them

CArgurus is not protecting them. Read the terms of Use that is listed on this site to see where Cargurus stands. It is basically an ad site and takes no responsibility on what is in the ad or the transaction. It is all on you. I hope you signed some papers when giving the dealership that kind of money to cover yourself. Never transfer or wire money without one.

If they stole 14 grand then call the cops.

If you contacted the Dealer through cargurus you will receive an email in about two weeks asking for your review. Nobody is protecting anyone. It's how the site works. I believe the logic behind it is that after two weeks you'll have gotten to know your new purchase and can make a less emotional evaluation of your experience. Hope that helps! Jim
