I am searching your website but want to buy below a certain mileage range
Many cars listed have 99k or more.

it depends on how old a vehicle you are looking at. Avg mileage is 10 to 15K per year. So anything older than 7 years old will have 100K miles. There are some cases of lower mileage, but you have to search for those, and they usually sell fast.
