Question type: Car Selling & Trading In

An interested buyer is asking me to text him
as opposed to communicating through the
site. Should i text him?  Is there any risk in
doing so?

There are always risks in this world. Use your own judgement. Personally I would cut CG's out and communicate directly.

There's very little risk in texting them. They can find out who you are and where you live from your phone number. Unless you have a throw away phone. But if you're selling them a vehicle they'll find out that information anyhow. I'd go ahead and text them. Hope that helps! Jim
