How legitimate  are the sellers on Facebook market place that want you to
preapprove  prior to viewing a vehicle and that only show installment
payments?

anything you see on Facebook is a chance, you either believe what you see or you don't. When your buddies show off the pictures from Hawaii, does that mean they are better than you?? Not necessarily. good luck
