how buyers pay for vehicle

My question as well, they're saying I cannot sell through them for various reasons such as my bank info isn't on file. Yet there's nowhere to add my bank info.
When I create a profile and follow the steps of adding my license image when given the choice of cash or wire transfer I choose wire transfer. But when I am qualified by CarGurus It shows cash and I see no way to add bank information I have tried three times HELP!!!
