I'm planning to buy my friends lease Golf and say end of his lease I'm
looking for legal way  not to pay double Texas. any information will be
greatly appreciated.

Contact a lawyer in your area and have a contract drawn up. Keep in mind that you're helping your friend's credit score, not yours, by taking over the payments and at the end of the lease, when the vehicle has to be turned in, you'll be left with nothing! Also remember that your friend doesn't own the vehicle! If you pay the lease off the leasing company will want the vehicle back! Definitely talk to a lawyer or the leasing company directly. It sounds to me like your friend is trying to get over on you! Jim
