I'm having problems with the car and I'm running out of options what do i do?

103754.when I start the car up the oil pressure low
signal comes up.i tap the gas it goes away.it
started after we got the main rear oil leak fixed.i
got the oil switch changed out and a new oil
change and its still the same.

So it could be a bad oil pump or excessive bearing clearances in the engine, as you didn’t state engine mileage. I would have a analog oil pressure gauge installed so you can see the actual pressure from cold to operational temperature. If the pressure starts low then it most likely the oil pump, if the oil pressure starts out normal then starts to drop as it warms up then it’s bearings.

I have a 2002 Nissan Maxima. I think I'm having a problem with the power steering. A few days ago it started making a grinding noise when i turned right, the PS fluid is low, but how do i know if that is the problem or if it's something more serious?
